India defeated West Indies by 200 runs to win the third and final One Day International (ODI) played at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Trouba in Trinidad and Tobago on 1 August 2023. With this win India secured the ODI series 2-1.
Rohit Sharma led Indian men’s cricket team which is on a tour to West Indies and United States of America has already won the 2 Test match series by 1-0 .
In the ODI series the Indian team was led by Rohit Shrama in the first ODI while Hardik Pandya led the Indian side in the second and third ODI in the absence of Rohit Sharma.
The West India team was led by Shai Hope.
Indian wicket keeper -batsman Ishan Kishan was declared as the Player of the Series.
The two teams will now play 5 T-20 match series .
