PGT, TGT and Primary Teacher Recruitment: The Bihar Public Service Commission shall release the Admit Card for the Bihar School Teacher exams on 10 August 2023. The written competitive exam will be held from 24 to 26 August to recruit eligible candidates for 1,70,461 teaching positions in the state government schools. 

The BPSC Teacher Vacancy 2023 was announced on 30 May to invite applications for primary teachers, PGT and TGT posts under the recruitment advertisement 26/2023. Shortlisting of candidates for these posts shall be made based on objective-type tests for language and subject proficiency.

The BPSC has announced the exam dates for the Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary School Teacher Exam through an official notification. The objective-type exams are going to be held from 24.08.2023 to 26.08.2023 in two shifts at various exam centres in all districts of the state.

How to Download Bihar School Teacher Exam Admit Card 

The Commission will release the e-Admit Cards on the official BPSC website on 10 August 2023. Candidates can download their admit card from www.bpsc.bih.nic.in or onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in to participate in the exam. Candidates shall not be sent physical copies of their hall tickets by post. 

Candidates should follow the instructions given below to download their BPSC teacher exam admit card:

1. On the official BPSC website, you will find an update in the latest notifications section for the Bihar School Teacher exam Admit Card. Find the admit card download link in the notification.

2. Log in to the BPSC portal using your credentials. 

3. Upload a passport-size photograph (25kb) to your dashboard. 

4. You can now download your admit card for the exam.

5. Save a copy of the admit card and take out a print-out for every exam shift.

Details on the BPSC School Teacher Exam Admit Card 

The BPSC admit card for the PGT, TGT and Primary school teacher exam shall have the candidate’s details along with the information of exam date, shift as well as allotted exam centre code. Make sure to check all the details mentioned on your admit card are correct and as per your submitted details. 

The admit card will contain the following important exam information as well as details about your candidature:

• Roll Number allotted to the Candidate

• Candidate's Photograph and Signature

You must verify that your personal details, photograph and signature on the admit card are correct and visible properly. If you find any discrepancies on your admit card, convey the same to the Commission and get them rectified at the earliest.

Important Exam Instructions: Bihar PGT, TGT, Primary Teacher Exam 2023

The BPSC has issued certain instructions along with the exam schedule and admit card release date. Candidates must follow these guidelines to be allowed to sit for the exams. 

• All candidates must carry an extra copy of their BPSC Admit Card on every exam shift. They must sign and hand over the same to the invigilator during the exam. 

• Applicants must download their admit card before 20.08.2023.

• Candidates must reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the scheduled exam time. The entry to the exam centre premises shall be closed an hour before the start of the exam. 

• On the completion of the exam duration, candidates shall be allowed to leave the exam hall only after their used OMR answer sheets get seal-packed.
