RPSC Assistant Professor 2023 Selection Process

To be selected for the RPSC Assistant Professor post, candidate should clear the each stage of the selection process. The selection process comprises the following stages:

Stage I -  Written Examination:

The written examination comprises three papers. Paper I and Paper II each carry 75 marks and include relevant subjects to the respective post. Paper III is dedicated to Rajasthan General Studies. In total, the written examination carries 200 marks.

Stage II -  Interview:

As set by the Commission, candidates who attain the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination will progress to the interview phase. The interview holds a weightage of 20 points except Assistant Professor Home Science post. The number of candidates invited for interviews will be three times the number of available positions.

Stage III - Physical Fitness Test

This test is mandatory for candidates applying for the Physical Training Instructor position only. Those who pass the written test will be eligible for the Physical Efficiency Test/Physical Fitness Test. It's important to note that this test is qualifying.
