The prestigious America magazine TIME has released a list of the world’s 750 best companies in terms of revenue growth, sustainability and employee satisfaction.  Eight Indian companies have been included in the list with Infosys being the top ranked Indian company at 64. Microsoft has topped the list followed by  Apple, Alphabet and Meta.

TIME magazine’s methodology to rank companies

The TIME magazine has used Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability (ESG) parameters to rank the global companies.

Employee Satisfaction was evaluated by using the survey data from employees conducted worldwide.

The TIME magazine took into account the revenue growth of the companies for the past three years . Only companies with a revenue of at least $100 million in 2022 and which have shown profit in 2020 and 2021 were considered.

Sustainability, took both environmental and social factors into account.

Taking these parameters into account a maximum score of 100 was assigned .

American multinational technology company Microsoft was ranked first with a score of  96.46 out of 100.
