SSC MTS 2025 Slot Selection Starts: Select Exam City, Date & Shift Now!

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has activated the self-slot selection window for the SSC MTS Computer-Based Examination 2025 on its official website on 16 January 2026. Candidates who have applied for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2025 can now select their exam city, date, and shift as per their preferences.

The slot selection window has been opened on 16 January 2026, and candidates must complete their booking before 25 January 2026 to avoid last-minute issues. SSC MTS Exam 2026 - Slot Booking Started

The Staff Selection Commission has started the slot booking process for SSC MTS candidates to make it easier for them to choose their preferred exam city, date, and shift timing for the SSC MTS & Havaldar Computer-Based Examination 2025. Candidates are advised to select their slot well in advance of their desired examination date to avoid any last-minute issues.

For example, a candidate who wishes to appear in the SSC MTS Examination 2025 on a particular date at their preferred exam city should complete the slot selection at least one week before the exam day. SSC MTS Slot Selection Process 2025

Candidates who have applied for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff & Havaldar Examination 2025 need to log in to the Candidates’ Portal on SSC’s website and follow the steps below to complete their slot selection on time:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the commission at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Log in using your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.

Step 3: Go to the Candidate Dashboard and click on the “Select City, Exam Date & Shift” option under the My Application section.

Step 4: Choose your preferred exam city and date, then click on “Get Slot Details” and select your suitable shift.

Step 5: Click on “Validate & Submit” and enter the OTP sent to your registered email ID to confirm your selection.

Step 6: After final submission, no changes will be allowed, so carefully review your choices before clicking “Confirm.”

Important - If any candidate missed completing the slot selection process by 25 January 2026, they must confirm their intent to appear for the examination through the SSC Feedback Module by 28 January 2026 (11:00 PM). Candidates, those who fail to book a slot and later conform through the feedback module, will be treated as not willing to appear in the exam, and their Admit Card will not be issued by the commission.
