The selection process of SSC JHT is divided into two stages, i.e. Paper-1 and Paper-2, followed by Document Verification Process.
Paper-I (Objective-type): According to the SSC JHT Notification 2025, the Paper-1 computer-based test is divided into two sections.
Section I will consist of 100 General Hindi questions, whereas Section II will consist of 100 General English questions. In each section, there will be 200 questions for a total of 200 marks.
Paper-II (Descriptive): Candidates who pass Paper I will be shortlisted to take Paper II of the SSC JHT. Paper II is divided into two sections: translation and essay writing.
