RSMSSB CET Graduation Level

RSMSSB CET Graduation Level Exam is conducted for those who have graduated. Online Application Window for the RSMSSB CET 2024 was open till 7 September 2024 for the Graduate level. RSMSSB Common Eligibility Test 2024 was successfully conducted on 27 & 28 September 2024 for the RSMSSB CET Graduation Level 2024.

RSMSSB CET Senior Secondary Level

RSMSSB CET Senior Secondary Level Exam is conducted for those who have completed their 10+2 qualification. Online Application Window for RSMSSB CET Senior Secondary Level is from 2 September to 1 October 2024. What Is Rajasthan CET?

The RSMSSB CET (Common Eligibility Test) for Graduate Level & Senior Secondary Level is an eligibility exam conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board. It serves as a preliminary screening tool but does not guarantee job placement. Candidates must pass additional recruitment exams or interviews and meet other specific criteria set by relevant service rules to secure a position.

RSMSSB Vacancy 2024 will be announced separately for each post for which RSMSSB CET conducting as a gateway. Below we are providing a short information about each post which was advertised through RSMSSB CET Notification 2024 for your reference:-

  • Platoon Commander:- The RSMSSB recruits Platoon Commanders for the Rajasthan Police, responsible for leading and managing their platoons. Their role involves planning and organizing operations, ensuring training and readiness, and maintaining discipline and welfare among subordinates. They are accountable for the effective execution of missions, upholding military discipline, and meeting operational objectives. Additionally, they facilitate communication and coordination within their unit and with other entities.
  • Jiledar:- The RSMSSB Jiledar is responsible for overseeing irrigation records and ensuring accurate documentation of watered areas. They periodically review Abina charges records maintained by field Patwaris and verify entries in the final measurement book on-site. The Jiledar inspects demand slips to ensure timely distribution to cultivators and accurate billing. They monitor water demand, order necessary supplies, and ensure Canal Patwaris maintain up-to-date field books. The Jiledar also investigates unauthorized irrigation and water waste, reports discrepancies, and manages revenue collection for Deposit Works accounts.
  • Patwari:-  The RSMSSB Patwari, plays a key role in managing agricultural and land-related tasks under the Tehsildar within a Tehsil. Responsibilities include overseeing 10 or more villages, directly engaging with farmers, and collecting agricultural land taxes on behalf of the state government. Patwaris assist in resolving land disputes, measure agricultural land upon request, and manage land data, particularly in computerized states. They also prepare records of land affected by natural disasters like hailstorms or flooding and submit these reports to the Tehsildar, facilitating compensation disbursement to affected villagers.
  • Junior Accountant:- The RSMSSB Junior Accountant is responsible for preparing detailed expense reports, correcting financial errors, maintaining corporate tax records, managing quarterly taxes, and overseeing annual bookkeeping records.
  • Tehsil Revenue Accountant:- A TRA (Tehsil Revenue Assistant) plays a crucial role in the Rajasthan government's revenue administration at the tehsil level. Their responsibilities include managing land records, collecting revenues such as land taxes, stamp duty, and registration fees, maintaining property records, and issuing certificates related to land ownership and revenue.
  • Supervisor:- The supervisor's role involves communicating organizational needs, overseeing employee performance, providing guidance and support, identifying development opportunities, and managing the relationship between staff and the organization to ensure mutual success.
  • Jailor:- The primary role of an Assistant Jailor is to maintain peace and order within the jail. They are responsible for preventing and managing internal disputes among prisoners, preparing reports and taking action against disruptive behavior, and overseeing any state-sanctioned developmental work. In cases of unrest, they deploy constables to restore control and ensure that prisoners do not face undue inconvenience. Additionally, an Assistant Jailor supports the Senior Jailor in these duties.
  • Hostel Superintendent Grade II:- The role involves ensuring safety and punctuality, caring for students, and managing communication with parents and hostel operations. Key duties include maintaining attendance, holding regular meetings with hostel wardens, supervising students, calling parents daily, and maintaining registers and reports.
  • Village Development Officer:- The Village Development Officer (VDO) or Gram Vikas Adhikari is responsible for the comprehensive development of a village, collaborating with the Gram Pradhan. Their key tasks include engaging locals in community and entrepreneurial activities, implementing rural development projects, managing village infrastructure and cleanliness, monitoring agricultural activities, and supporting industrial growth. The VDO addresses issues reported by the Gram Pradhan, ensures the proper execution of state and federal development programs, and coordinates with Taluka and District officials while handling any implementation challenges.

RSMSSB CET Eligibility Criteria 2024

Nationality

To apply for the RSMSSB CET 2024, candidates must meet the following nationality criteria:

(a) Be an Indian citizen, or

(b) Be a citizen of Nepal, or

(c) Be a citizen of Bhutan, or

(d) Be a Tibetan refugee who settled in India before January 1, 1962, and has obtained permanent residency, or

(e) Be of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Burma, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Zaire, Malawi, or Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Candidates except Indian citizen must provide a certificate of eligibility issued by the Home and Justice Department of the Government of India.

Age Limit & Relaxation
