Earlier SSC Constable GD Exam Date 2024 has been announced by the Staff Selection Commission, through the notice issued on 26 October 2023. As per the official notice issued by the commission, the Constable (GD) Examination 2023 is scheduled to be held in February- March 2024.

The Commission will levy a uniform correction fee of Rs. 200/- for making corrections and resubmitting the modified/corrected application for the first time, and Rs. 500/- for making corrections and resubmitting the modified/corrected application for the second time. If you want to apply for the SSC GD Constable 2024 recruitment, you should first confirm your eligibility. The SSC GD Constable Eligibility Criteria include several key components, which are listed below.
If a candidate presents a Domicile/Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued by a state other than the one specified in his/her application, he/she will not be permitted to change states during Document Verification and his/her candidature will be terminated immediately.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) revised the upper age limit up to three years. Candidates applying for the GD Constable position should be aware of the age requirements as well as any upper age relaxations for different categories.
Note: Candidates should have been born no earlier than 02-01-2001 and no later than 01-01-2006.

Note: A candidate must select three exam centres within the same Region, in order of priority. Under no circumstances can a request for a change of center be considered later. Therefore, candidates must carefully select the centers and accurately specify them in their applications. Refer to the official notification to know the exam centre details (Code and Region).
Candidates who want to pay the GD application fees online can do so using a credit/debit card or net banking. The challan must be generated and the payment must be made for offline payments. The application fee for GD Constable varies depending on the candidate's category, which is mentioned below:

The selection process for SSC GD Constable consists of three stages. A candidate must have to clear all the stages to be finally recommended for the post. After clearing all three stages mentioned below, the candidate will have to appear for the Document Verification process.
The four stages of the SSC GD Constable Selection Process are outlined below:
The first stage of the selection process is the computer-based exam. To advance to the next round, candidates must complete a question paper for 160 marks.
Candidates who pass the CBT will advance to the following round, the Physical Standard Test/Physical Efficiency Test. PST will assess the candidates' physical fitness. Both male and female candidates will be tested at this stage. In PET, a race will be held to see if they are physically fit enough for the position.
Candidates who pass the PST/PET will be called up for the SSC GD medical test, which is the final stage. Candidates who fail in the medical examination will not be considered for the position. This stage will also include the candidate’s document verification process.
It is critical to review the SSC GD Constable Exam Pattern. The exam pattern will provide applicants with a better picture of what to expect throughout the examination. The exam format is as follows.

The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC GD Constable Admit Card separately for each stage of the recruitment process. The admit card will be available to download from the official website of the commission, i.e. @ssc.nic.in. You can download the SSC Constable GD Admit Card by following the instructions outlined below.
Candidates selected for the post of Sepoy in NIA would be paid according to Pay Level-1 (Rs.18,000 to 56,900). Candidates selected as constables for all other positions will be paid at Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100).
The SSC earlier released the CBT cut-off marks for the SSC GD written examination (CBT) 2022, held from January 10th to February 13th, 2023. The commission announced the cut-off for each force separately. Following the PET/ PST conducted by the commission from May 1st to June 6th, 2023, the Final Cut-off Marks were released category-wise for the vacancies in PDF format on 20 August 2023.
