RSSB Lab Assistant 2026 Salary: Pay Scale & In-Hand Salary

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board offers a salary range for the RSSB Lab Assistant post under the Pay Band of ₹5,000 and ₹20,000 per month, aligned with Pay Matrix Level 8. For the Junior Lab Assistant post, the Pay Band is PB-1 (₹5,200–₹20,200) under Pay Matrix Level 5. Along with the basic salary, employees are entitled to various allowances and benefits.

However, candidates will undergo a probation period of two years from the date of joining. During this probation, they will not receive the full salary as per the post’s pay scale. Instead, a fixed remuneration will be paid at rates determined by the State Government.
