The RSSB Lab Assistant Exam 2026 will be conducted for Laboratory Assistant posts in Rajasthan across different subjects. As per the official schedule, the examination will be held on 09 and 10 May 2026 in multiple shifts.

The Laboratory Assistant (Geography) exam will be conducted on 09 May 2026 in a single shift, while the Laboratory Assistant and Junior Laboratory Assistant (Science) combined exam will be held on 10 May 2026 in two separate shifts for Paper I and Paper II.

RSSB Lab Assistant Exam 2026: OMR Filling Guidelines

Candidates appearing for the RSSB Lab Assistant Exam 2026 must follow the OMR filling guidelines carefully to avoid negative marking or disqualification. Rajasthan Lab Assistant Exam instructions issued by the RSSB in the official notice are explained below:

• Each question in the Rajasthan Lab Assistant Exam will have five options: A, B, C, D, and E.
• Options A to D are for correct answers, while option ‘E’ is for unanswered questions.
• Candidates must fill in only one option for each question using a blue ballpoint pen on the OMR sheet.
• If a candidate does not want to attempt a question, they must mark option ‘E’.
• If none of the five options is marked for any question, 1/3rd marks will be deducted for that question.
• If more than 10% of questions are left unmarked, the candidate may be disqualified from the exam.
• Candidates will be given 10 minutes of extra time at the end of the exam to ensure all questions are properly marked on the OMR sheet.

Rajasthan Lab Assistant Admit Card 2026 will be released soon on the official website of RSSB.
