The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the UGC NET June 2024 exam with three main objectives: (i) awarding the Junior Research Fellowship and appointing candidates as Assistant Professors, (ii) appointing candidates as Assistant Professors and facilitating admission to Ph.D. programs, and (iii) solely for admission to Ph.D. programs.

UGC NET Answer Key 2024 can be downloaded by visiting the official website of the NTA. To download the NET 2024 Answer Key, candidates can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Official NTA UGC NET Website.
2. Click on the link that says “ Click Here to Answer Key challenge for exams dated 21st,22nd & 23rd August 2024” under the latest news section.
3. Once you click the link, you'll be taken to a new page.
4. Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the Security PIN shown on the screen, then click ‘Submit’.
5. Click on "View Question Paper" to review your marked responses. To view or challenge the Answer Key, select the link “Click to view / Challenge Answer Key.”
6. You will see a list of Question IDs in order. The ‘Correct Option(s)’ column indicates the Answer Key used by NTA. Questions marked as ‘Dropped’ are not open for challenges.
7. If you want to challenge an option, select one or more Option IDs from the available choices by ticking the appropriate checkboxes.
8. After selecting your options, scroll down and click ‘Save your Claims’ to proceed to the next screen.
9. You’ll see a list of the Option IDs you’ve challenged. If you need to add supporting documents, click ‘Choose File’ to upload them (all documents should be in a single PDF file).
10. Click ‘Save your Claims and pay fee’ to confirm. If you need to make changes, select ‘Modify your Claims.’
11. On the final screen, click ‘Pay Fee’ to complete your challenge. The fee is ₹200 per question. Choose your payment method (Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking) and make the payment.
12. Your claims will be finalized once the payment is successfully processed.

UGC NET Answer Key Objection Link 2024

The UGC NET Answer Key was released, and candidates who are not satisfied with it can challenge it from 7 September 2024 (starting at 5:00 p.m.) until 9 September 2024 (up to 11:50 p.m.). To submit a challenge, candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 for each question.

Challenges will be evaluated by a panel of subject matter experts. If your challenge is upheld, the NET Answer Key will be updated and used to revise the results for all candidates. Keep in mind that you won’t receive individual feedback about whether your challenge was accepted or not. The final decision will be based on the revised UGC NET Answer Key.

Candidates can pay through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI until 9th September 2024 (up to 11:50 p.m.).
