HSSC Extended Application Date for Police Constable Recruitment 2024

The last date for applying for the Constable in Police Department vacancies has been extended by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC). As per the notice issued by the commission on 21 March 2024, candidates who are keen on applying for the HSSC Police Constable Recruitment 2024 can do so at hssc.gov.in, the official website of the commission. The application form for HSSC Police Constable must now be submitted by March 28th. The window for application corrections will also stay open during this time period, candidates who have already submitted their application forms and would like to make the necessary changes can do so.

HSSC GD Constable 2024 - Important Dates

Previously, March 21 was the deadline for submitting the HSSC Constable application. As per the official notification, candidates may modify their submitted information between March 22 and 28 if they have already submitted their online application forms by March 21 and would like to update the information. After selecting the "Edit" button, candidates are directed to finish their form and re-upload the signed edited version. If they fail to do so, the information from their previous application, for which a signed copy has been uploaded, will be taken into consideration for the next step in the process.

Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024 - Apply Online

The Haryana Police Constable application link can be accessed from the official HSSC website, @hssc.gov.in only. Applications sent through any other mode will not be accepted by the commission in any circumstances. Prior to completing the application form, candidates must first register. Steps to Register for the Haryana Police Constable 2024:

To apply easily, just follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Firstly, visit hssc.gov.in to access the Haryana Staff Selection Commission's official website.

Step 2: Find and click the "Online Application For Recruitment To Posts Of Police Department" link on the homepage.

Step 3: A new registration form will then show up on your screen. Select the "New Registration" option.

Step 4: Enter your name, email address, community, date of birth (DOB), mobile number, and email address.

Step 5: You'll receive a registration number after finishing. A confirmation message will also be delivered to the email address and mobile number entered.

Step 6: Next, upload the required documents in accordance with the required format.

Step 7: Lastly check all the information you provided, carefully and click on the submit button.

Step 8: Download a copy of the Haryana Police Constable Application form and take a printout of it for future reference.

Note Candidates do not need to pay any fees in order to apply for any post(s).

HCCS Constable (GD) Recruitment 2024

• Vacancies: A total of 6,000 vacancies are to be filled by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission in the Haryana Police Department, with 5000 going to male constables and 1000 to female constables. 
• Age Limits: Candidates age should be between 18 to 25 years (As per government regulations, there will be an age relaxation in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to different categories).
• Educational Qualification: The candidate must have completed Matriculation studies with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects, and they must have passed the 10+2 exam from an accredited board.
• Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their results in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Common Eligibility Test (CET), Written Test- 94.5% Weightage, Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Medical Test and Document Verification.

Salary: After the appointment applicants will be paid a salary of Rs. 21,700 (Level: -3 Cell-1) according to the pay scale.
