The Haryana Police Constable Selection Process has been altered. Candidates applying for the Haryana Police Constable Exam will now be shortlisted based on their CET scores. The shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a Physical Measurement Test, followed by a Physical Screening Test, both of which will be qualifying in nature. Ultimately, the shortlisted qualified candidates in each category will take the Knowledge Test.

(a) NCC certificate: Candidates with A, B, or C level NCC certificates will receive 01, 02, and 03 marks, accordingly (for Constables).
(b) Socioeconomic factors: Eligible applicants may be given a maximum weightage of two and a half (2.5) percent for socioeconomic factors under the Common Eligibility Test Policy.
The test paper will comprise MCQ questions from different subjects, and all questions will be compulsory. At least 10% of the questions will be on fundamental computer skills, and at least 20% will be about Haryana. The standard of questions shall be that of an educated individual who has passed the 10+2 test for the position of Constable.
