Applications are open to all Indian citizens, including both residents of Haryana and non-Haryana residents, who fulfil the essential eligibility criteria for Group C and non-gazetted positions through the Haryana CET exam. To apply for HSSC CET 2023, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, and the maximum age limit is set at 42 years. Age relaxation is applicable only to candidates who belong to reserved or special categories as per the government's rules and regulations. Candidates with an initial upper age limit of 42 years, without any age relaxation, may be granted an extension up to 52 years under specific conditions for those eligible for age relaxation in one or more categories.
