History of International Men’s Day 2026

1. When and how did it start? International Men’s Day was founded on 19 November 1999 by Dr. Jerome Teelucksingh. He was a history lecturer at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. By 2026, the day has been observed for 27 years.
