SSC CGL Tier 2 Result 2026 was announced on 08 April 2026 by the Staff Selection Commission on the official website. The SSC Combined Graduate Level Tier 2 Exam 2025 was conducted on 18 & 19 January 2026, and the answer key was released on 30 January 2026. Before the declaration of the SSC CGL Final Result 2026, candidates who appeared for the Tier-II examination were given the opportunity to submit their Option-cum-Preference for posts and departments through the official website of the Staff Selection Commission. 

To complete the SSC CGL Option-cum-Preference Form 2026, candidates were required to log in to their respective Candidate Login Portal using their registration credentials from 9 March to 12 March 2026. The Staff Selection Commission has carefully examined the objections submitted by candidates regarding the SSC CGL Tier-II Answer Key, which was uploaded on 30 January 2026. The final SSC CGL Tier 2 answer key is used for the preparation and evaluation of the SSC CGL Final Result. The Commission will also release the final answer keys along with the detailed marks of both selected and non-selected candidates on its official website.

4. Click the link to open the SSC CGL Tier 2 Result 2026 PDF.
5. Go through the document to check the list of shortlisted candidates.
6. Use the Ctrl + F function and enter your Name or Roll Number to quickly find your result.
7. If your Name or Roll Number appears in the list, you have qualified for the available vacancies.

SSC CGL Tier 2 Cut-off Marks 2025-26

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC CGL Tier 2 cut-off marks for all posts along with the result. These cut-off marks are the minimum score required by candidates for the next stage of the selection process, that is, the Computer Proficiency Test. 

The SSC CGL Tier 2 Cut-off Marks 2025 details and candidates available for 14582 CGL vacancies of Assistant Audit Officer, Junior Statistical Officer, and other posts are as given in the table below:

Next Stage after SSC CGL Tier 2 Result 2025-26

Candidates who qualify in the Tier 2 stage of the Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination will proceed to the next phase of the selection process. As per the exam pattern, candidates shortlisted in Tier 2 may be required to appear for the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) or Data Entry Skill Test (DEST), depending on the post they have applied for. The CPT is qualifying in nature but mandatory for specific posts, and it assesses candidates’ skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and slide generation.
