RPSC RAS Exams Instruction

Here, we are providing some Dos and Don'ts that you should keep in mind on exam day to perform well.

DOs:

1. Admit Card and ID Proof: Ensure you have your admit card and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, driving licence) with you. Without these, you won’t be allowed to enter the examination centre.

2. Timely Arrival: Reach the examination centre well before the reporting time mentioned on your admit card. Latecomers are not usually permitted.

3. Required Stationery: Carry essential stationery items such as pens (preferably blue or black ink), pencils, erasers, etc.

4. Dress Comfortably: Wear a comfortable dress as per the season, but avoid flashy or extravagant attire.

5. Check Exam Centre Location: Familiarise yourself with the exam centre's location a day or two before the exam to avoid any last-minute confusion.

DON’Ts:

1. Electronic Devices: Strictly avoid carrying any electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, or calculators, as they are not allowed inside the examination hall.

2. Irrelevant Materials: Do not bring study material, notes, or books into the examination centre.

3. Writing on the Question Paper: Writing anything on the question paper, except for your roll number, is not allowed.

4. Communication: Avoid any form of communication with fellow candidates during the examination.

5. Panic: Stay calm and composed during the exam. Overthinking or panicking can negatively impact your performance.
