The Haryana Staff Selection Commission is all set to conduct Haryana Common Eligibility Test, which is known as Haryana CET. Are you ready for your upcoming HSSC CET 2023, which is scheduled to take place on 21 and 22 October 2023. This exam is scheduled to be conducted as a gateway of Haryana Group D Posts. Those who will qualify in CET 2023 of Haryana will be eligible to apply for Haryana Group D posts for 3 years.

Haryana Group D Exam Day Instructions For CET 

Candidates should be aware of some basic points that they need to follow on the examination day to avoid any issues. Look at these points below:-

  1. Mark Answers Clearly: It's an OMR-based exam, so make sure your answers are clearly marked and in the correct format.
  2. Review Your Work: If time allows, review your answers twice to check if there are any errors or omissions.
  3. Time Management: Use your time efficiently throughout the exam by carefully planning and allocating specific time for each section or question, ensuring that you can complete the entire exam before the deadline.
  4. Stay Calm & Be Positive: Stay calm and focused during the exam to get a good score. Stay calm if you encounter challenging questions. Move on to easier ones and return to difficult ones later. Be Positive; this will help you to focus on the questions.
  5. Exit: After submitting your paper, wait for instructions on when and how to leave the exam hall. Wait to leave your seat until instructed to do so.

Do’s & Don’ts For Haryana CET 2023 

It's important to follow certain do's and don'ts on exam day to ensure a smooth and successful exam experience. Following these do's and don'ts will help you have a more successful and stress-free exam day experience. Here's a list of do's and don'ts for exam day:

Do's:

  • Arrive Early From Reporting Time: Arrive at the exam centre well in advance of the scheduled start time. It's recommended to be at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.
  • Bring Required Documents: Bring a printed copy of your Haryana CET Admit Card to the exam hall. Make sure to check for any specific documents or identification mentioned in the admit card instructions like a valid ID card.
  • Wear Comfortable Clothing: Dress comfortably and appropriately for the exam so that you can focus on the exam without distractions.
  • Follow The Instructions:- Follow the seating arrangement instructions. Sit at your designated seat and avoid talking to other candidates.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink water as needed to stay hydrated but don’t drink too much water during the exam as it will kill your time during the examination.
  • Check Exam Centre Location: Familiarise yourself with the exam centre's location a day or two before the exam to avoid any last-minute confusion.

Don'ts:

  • Don't Bring Prohibited Items: Leave prohibited items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, bags, and study materials at home or in designated storage areas.
  • Don't Cheat: Cheating or using unauthorized materials can lead to disqualification and serious consequences.
  • Don't Disturb Others: During the exam, avoid talking, making noise, or distracting others.
  • Don't Discuss Exam Content: Refrain from discussing specific questions or answers with other candidates after the exam. This can lead to disqualification.
  • Don't Bring Food or Strong Fragrances: Avoid bringing food or items with strong fragrances, as these can be disrupt  to others.
  • Don’t Write On Question Paper: Writing anything on the question paper, except for your roll number, is not allowed.
