Haryana CET Salary Structure & Special Allowances

Candidates who are successfully chosen for Group D positions will receive a salary ranging from Rs. 16,900 to Rs. 53,500, inclusive of special allowances. During their initial phase of employment, candidates will undergo a probationary period of a specific duration, as determined by the relevant authorities. Upon satisfactory completion of this probationary period, candidates will become eligible for a salary increment up to a predetermined amount.

The exact duration of the probation period is yet to be announced. Following the completion of the mandatory probationary period and a comprehensive evaluation by the authorities, candidates may expect promotions in their job roles, salary increments, or both. Furthermore, after successfully completing the probationary period, selected candidates will be entitled to the following additional allowances:

• Dearness Allowance
• Travelling Allowances
• Performance Related Pay (PRP)
• House Rent Allowance
• Internet Allowance
• Paid Leaves
• Other Allowances
• Provision of accommodation, if available
• A maternity leave of 12 weeks for expectant and nursing mothers
• Paid leave during pregnancy
