RAS Interview Letter 2024 has been issued by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) on its official website. As per the notice, issued on 24 November 2024, the interview for the RAS-2024 first phase will take place between 01 to 12 December 2025.  Candidates who have been shortlisted in the RAS Mains (Written exam) and are eligible for the interview/ personality test can download their Call letters by logging in to the commission’s website.

RPSC RAS Interview Letter 2024 for Phase 1 

Candidates are advised to download their RAS Interview Letter 2024 in advance of the last date to avoid any last-minute technical issues or delays. RPSC RAS Interview Admit Card is the essential document, which includes all important details such as the interview date, time, venue and candidate information. As per the notice, candidates have to present the following documents to the Commission at the time of the interview:

• Online completed Detailed Application Form (DAF).
• DAF Fees Receipt.
• Two attested copies of the Attestation Form and Service Preference Order
• One Self-attested copy of the Attached Document (at the time of application), along with the original documents.

Step 1: Visit the official Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) website.

Step 2: On the homepage, find the link labelled “Interview Letter for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination, 2024 (Adv. No. 13/2024-25 Date 02-09-2024) (Till First Phase)" given under the Important Links section.

Step 3: After clicking, you will be redirected to the new login page.

Step 4: Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth in the required fields.

Step 5: Click the “Submit” button to view your RPSC RAS Call Letter 2024.

Step 6: Download and save your Call Letter PDF. Be sure to print it out and carry it with you to the Interview Venue along with the required documents.

RPSC RAS Interview Preparation Tips

Preparing for the RPSC RAS Interview requires a steady and well-planned approach. You need a clear awareness of Rajasthan’s administration, state issues, general knowledge, current developments in the state and nation, and whatever you have written in your DAF. Along with this, speaking confidently and giving organised answers is very important. 

The following tips can guide you during your interview preparation:

Review the Details of Your DAF Carefully: The interview usually begins with details taken from your Detailed Application Form. This includes your educational background, hobbies, optional subjects, work experience, home district, and any significant achievements.

• Prepare at least 10 to 12 potential questions for every major detail you have mentioned.
• Keep specific examples ready. Avoid unclear or generic explanations, such as why you picked a particular hobby or what your job taught you.

Revise Rajasthan General Knowledge & National Current Affairs: State-based topics mostly form a major part of the conversation in the RAS interview, so revise the following topics properly:

• Revise government schemes, the profile of your district, important cultural and economic aspects, and the major concerns faced by the state.
• Topics like water crisis, desert-related challenges, tribal areas, border regions, and law-and-order situations must be understood from a practical angle.
• Also, keep track of recent Rajasthan-related important news.
• Revise most important current affairs from the last 6 to 12 months related to political developments, leadership updates, government initiatives, and important social or economic trends.

Practice Answering Questions: Interview performance improves when you practise regularly.

• Try answering expected questions aloud, either in front of a mirror or by recording your video. This helps in checking your expression, tone, body language and confidence.
• Your answers should be short and to the point, preferably around 30 to 40 seconds, unless a detailed answer is specifically asked for by the interview panel.
• Speak in a polite yet confident manner throughout the conversation.
