AIIMS NORCET Selection Process 2024 consists of two written examinations and Document Verifications. As per the 2024 recruitment schedule, individuals applying for the AIIMS Nursing Officer position are required to take written tests i.e. Online (CBT) for Stage I: NORCET Preliminary Exam and Online (CBT) for Stage II: NORCET Mains. Successful candidates in the written test will be notified to undergo the document verification process.

Candidates are instructed to download their NORCET Admit Card from the AIIMS, once it’s issued by the AIIMS. Admit cards will not be sent by post and physical copies are not available. It is advised that candidates bring the downloaded Admit Card from the AIIMS website to the Online (CBT) mode Examination and submit it to the Invigilator upon completion of the Examination. Failing to do so will result in the non-consideration of their candidature/performance in the Online (CBT) mode Examination. The AIIMS NORCET Result 2024 will be published by AIIMS following the successful conclusion of the AIIMS NORCET Exam 2024. It is important to note that NORCET Preliminary results will not influence the final Merit/Rank for selection. The Merit List of eligible candidates will be formulated based on their performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and adherence to qualifying criteria in Stage II NORCET Mains exclusively. The AIIMS will release the AIIMS Nursing Officer 6 Cut-off Marks in PDF format simultaneously with the result announcement. The minimum qualifying marks in the NORCET Examination are set at 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for OBC, and 40% for SC & ST candidates.
Upon successfully clearing the NORCET-6 Exam, the appointed candidates for Nursing Officer posts will be placed at Level 07 in the Pay Matrix, with a pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 and a Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-. This position falls under Group B and is applicable for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS institutions based on the available vacancies in the respective Institutes.
