  • To qualify, applicants must attain a minimum of 55% marks in their master's degree or an equivalent examination, without rounding off.

MPPSC SET 2024 Selection Process

Applicants must possess a minimum of 55% marks for general category candidates and 50% for those in the reserved categories in their master’s degree. Additionally, they are required to sit for a subject-specific test corresponding to their post-graduation studies. Final-year students or those in their 3rd or 4th semester are also eligible to apply for the Assistant Professor position.

Individuals aspiring for a rewarding career as an Assistant Professor in the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) can expect a monthly salary as per the 7th Pay Commission. Qualified educators can anticipate a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 21,600 to Rs. 45,100. This includes a basic pay band ranging from Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 39,100, determined by the pay band within Level 10, along with a fixed Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs. 6,000.
