Key Information to Verify on Your Hall Ticket

Once you download your Indian Air Force Agniveer Call Letter, verify that all printed credentials match the details submitted in your application form:

Personal Details: Confirm the correct spelling of your full name, father's name, registered roll number, and date of birth.
Photograph & Signature: Both images must be properly aligned, and clear enough for biometric verification at the security desk.
Chosen Stream: Ensure the allocated test group (IAF Group X, IAF Group Y or IAF Group XY) correctly reflects your choice.
Exam Center & Reporting Schedule: Note down the exact exam centre address, assigned shift, reporting deadline, and strict gate closure time.
Candidate Guidelines: Review the operational rules printed on the reverse side, particularly regarding biometric checks and prohibited personal effects.

Important: Never alter or overwrite any incorrect details on the printed admit card yourself. If you spot a factual error, reach out directly to the official IAF helpdesk via email or telephone before exam day.

Documents Required at the IAF Agniveer Exam Centre

Security screening at Indian Air Force Exam centers is strict. Keep the following mandatory items ready in an open folder ahead of time:

Printed Color Hall Ticket: Bring a high-resolution, color printout ensuring the barcode and your photograph are completely legible.
Original Government Photo ID: Carry a valid, physical photo identification card—such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License. Laminated photocopies, scanned PDFs, or digital proofs on smartphones will not be accepted for entry.
Passport-Sized Photographs: Carry two recent color photographs identical to the file uploaded during online registration.
Standard Pen: Bring a simple transparent ballpoint pen (blue or black ink) for attendance sign-offs and rough calculations.

Prohibited Items: Do not carry smartwatches, fitness trackers, mobile phones, Bluetooth earphones, calculators, large metallic ornaments, or backpacks inside the venue. Make sure to arrive at least 45 to 60 minutes ahead of the reporting deadline to allow ample time for document screening and biometric scanning.
