UGC NET Admit Card 2024 Out: Download Hall Ticket

NTA UGC NET Admit Card was issued by the National Testing Agency. University on 17 August 2024. UGC NET 2024 is scheduled to take place from 21 August 2024 to 4 September 2024 in Computer Based Test (CBT), mode for 83 subjects in different cities across the country. NTA has released the UGC NET June Admit Card 2024 for the exams scheduled to be conducted on 21, 22 and 23 August 2024. 

Candidates who have applied for the NTA UGC NET 2024 can download their Admit Card by visiting the official UGC NET website. To access and download their Examination City Intimation Slip for UGC – NET June 2024, candidates should use their Application Number and Date of Birth. NTA UGC NET Admit Card 2024

UGC NET 2024 Hall Ticket is out now and candidates must download it in the stipulated time. Admit Card for other dates (26,  28, 29, 30 August and 2, 3 & 4 September 2024) will be later on the official website. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the UGC-NET June 2024 to serve three primary purposes: (i) awarding the Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor, (ii) appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D. programs, and (iii) admission to Ph.D. programs only. 

NTA UGC NET Exam Schedule 2024

NET June Exam 2024 is scheduled from 21 August 2024 to 04 September 2024 in two shifts i.e. 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM. NTA UGC NET 2024 Admit Card must be downloaded well in advance of the last date to avoid minute technical difficulties. To check the detailed exam schedule refer to the below table:-

  2. Go to the "Latest News" section and click on the link labeled " UGC NET June 2024 : Click Here to Download Admit Card for 21st, 22nd & 23rd August 2024 Exam."

NTA UGC NET Exam Pattern 2024

The UGC NET exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), serves as the qualifying test for Assistant Professor positions and/or Junior Research Fellowships at universities and colleges across India. Candidates preparing for the UGC NET 2024 should review the exam pattern for both papers as outlined below:

  • Paper 1 consists of 50 questions worth 100 marks, while Paper 2 includes 100 questions worth 200 marks.
  • The exam lasts for three hours (180 minutes) and is held in a single session without breaks. 
  • Each correct answer is awarded two marks. 
  • All question papers, except for language-specific ones, are available in both English and Hindi.
