2. On the homepage, click on the “Recruitment” tab located below the “Important Dates” section.
3. You will be redirected to the Advertisement section.
4. Locate and click on the “NORCET 8 Examination” link, then select “View Details.”
5. In the AIIMS NORCET 8 description, you’ll find the link to download the admit card.
6. Click on the link and enter your login credentials, such as Candidates’ ID/ Mobile Number and Password.

NORCET 8 Exam Pattern 2025

The NORCET 8 Stage 1 exam is scheduled to be held on 12 April 2025. Candidates preparing for the exam should thoroughly understand the exam pattern to perform effectively. Here is the detailed exam pattern for the Preliminary stage of the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET):

1. The NORCET Preliminary stage is a qualifying examination. Candidates who clear this stage will move on to Stage II: NORCET Main.
2. The Preliminary exam will feature 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark. Every question will have four answer choices. The NORCET exam has a total time duration of 90 minutes.
3. Out of the 100 questions, 20 will assess General Knowledge and Aptitude, while the remaining 80 will focus on the Nursing syllabus relevant to the essential qualification level.
4. A negative mark of 1/3 mark will be applied for each wrong answer.
5. The question paper will be divided into five sections, each containing 20 questions and allotted 18 minutes for completion.
