Important Instructions for UPSC CSE Mains 2026 Qualified Candidates

Candidates shortlisted for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2026 must complete the UPSC Mains DAF 2026 through the UPSC online portal between 19 June and 28 June 2026:

• Submit the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2026 application fee of ₹200. Female, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
• Submit or update details related to scribe, assistive devices, and large-font question papers (for eligible candidates).
• Fill and confirm their cadre preferences.
• Verify, update, or reconfirm personal details before final submission of the application form.
• Complete the final submission process even if no changes are required in the previously uploaded information.

Important: Failure to complete the mandatory online process within the specified period will result in non-generation of the e-Admit Card for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2026, and such candidates will not be allowed to appear in the subsequent stages of the examination.

Note: The CSE Prelims 2026 cut-off marks and candidates'scorecards will be released by the commission after the completion of the Civil Services Examination 2026 and Indian Forest Service Examination 2026 cycles and declaration of the final results.
