UGC NET Answer Key 2025 is available from 14 January 2026. Candidates should adhere to the below steps to download the UGC NET December Answer Key 2025:-

1. Visit the official website of NTA UGC NET.
2. On the homepage, go to the Latest News section and click on the link titled “Answer Key Challenge for examinations held from 31 December 2025 to 7 January 2026.”
3. You will be redirected to a new login page where you are required to enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the Security PIN displayed on the screen.
4. After logging in, click on “View Question Paper” to check the responses you marked during the exam. To check or challenge the provisional answer key, select “View / Challenge Answer Key.”
5. A list of Question IDs will appear. The Correct Option(s) column shows the answers published by NTA. Questions labeled as Dropped cannot be challenged.
6. If you wish to raise an objection, choose the relevant Option ID(s) by selecting the corresponding checkboxes.
7. Once selected, scroll down and click “Save Your Claims” to move ahead.
8. On the next page, you will see a summary of the options you have challenged. If required, upload supporting documents by clicking “Choose File” (all documents must be combined into a single PDF).
9. Click “Save Your Claims and Pay Fee” to continue. To edit any selection, use the “Modify Your Claims” option.
10. Finally, proceed by clicking “Pay Fee.” Select a suitable payment mode such as Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, and complete the transaction.

Note:- Your objections will be officially submitted once the payment is successfully completed.

UGC NET Answer Key Objection Link is activated from 14 to 17 January 2026 (upto 11:50 p.m.). If candidates want to raise objections, then they can do so in the stipulated time by paying the specified objection fee, which is Rs200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per question challenged. The application fee for filing objections can be paid online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI. The fee can only be submitted by January 17, 2026 (by 11:50 PM).
