SSC CHSL (10+2) Exam 2025: Select Tier 1 Exam City, Date & Slot Now

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has activated the SSC CHSL 2025 self-slot selection window for Tier-I Exam on its official website. Candidates who are going to appear in the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025, can now choose their preferred exam city, date, and shift based on the preferences given by them while filling out the online application form. This facility is provided by the commission for the first time to make the examination process more flexible and student-friendly.

The slot selection window is opened on 22 October, and candidates should complete their selection process before 28 October 2025, to avoid last-minute issues. The Tier-I exam will begin from 12 November 2025 onwards.

SSC CHSL Slot Selection Process 2025

The candidates who have applied for the Combined Higher Secondary Level examination 2025 have to log in to the SSC portal and follow these simple steps to complete their slot selection on time:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the commission at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Login to your account by using your registration number and password/date of birth.

Step 3: Click on the “Select City, Exam Date, Shift” button under the “My Application” section of the Candidate Dashboard.

Step 4: Select your preferred city and date, then click on “Get Slot Details” and select your preferred shift.

Step 5: Validate your selection by clicking on the “Validate & Submit” button and entering the OTP received on your registered e-mail ID for the final submission.

Step 6: Once submitted, no changes are allowed, so double-check your preferences before clicking “Confirm.”

Note: If the candidate fails to do the slot selection by 28 October, the system will automatically allocate an available slot in any of the preferences given by the candidates, or as per availability.
