RSMSSB Clerk Grade 2/ Junior Assistant Notification 2024 has been issued by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) on 13 February 2024. RSMSSB Lower Division Clerk and Junior Assistant online application can be submitted online from 20 February to 20 March 2024. Eligibility criteria generally encompass citizenship requirements, age limit, and educational qualifications. Nationality

To be eligible for the RSMSSB Clerk Grade 2 and Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024, candidates must fulfill one of the following criteria:

(a) Be a citizen of India, or

(b) Be a subject of Nepal, or

(c) Be a subject of Bhutan, or

(d) Be a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1 January 1962, for permanent settlement in India, or

(e) Be a person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanzania and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, and Ethiopia, and has permanently settled in India. However, these candidates must have legally transferred their residence to India.

Note: Candidates falling under categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) are required to submit the appropriate certificate of eligibility issued by the Home and Justice Department of the Government of India.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Educational Qualification

To apply for the RSMSSB Junior Accountant and Grade 2 Clerk positions, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

1. Completion of Senior Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent examination.

AND

Attainment of an "O" or Higher Level certificate course conducted by DOEACC under the control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India.

OR

Successful completion of the Certificate Course on Computer Concept by NIELIT, New Delhi.

OR

Possession of a certificate in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) from a program organized under the National/State Council or Vocational Training Scheme.

OR

Holding a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Application from a university established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government.

OR

Obtaining a Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the country, with Computer Science/Computer Application as one of the subjects.

OR

Completion of a Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government.

OR

Successful completion of the Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.

OR

Possession of any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government.

2. Proficiency in writing Hindi in Devanagari Script and familiarity with the cultural aspects of Rajasthan are also required.
