Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026 Registration Process has been started by the Vardhman Mahavir Open University, Kota, Rajasthan, from 11 June 2026. The Rajasthan Diploma in Elementary Education (General/Sanskrit) Entrance Examination 2026 was successfully conducted on 20 May 2026, and the result was declared on 10 June 2026. Candidates who have successfully cleared the Rajasthan Pre. D.El.Ed 2026 should submit their BSTC Registration till 16 June 2026 by visiting the official website of the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed 2026. 

According to the prescribed rules, candidates participating in the counselling process can edit their application details before registering for counselling. However, changes will not be permitted in certain fields, including the candidate’s name, mother’s name, father’s name, photograph, signature, thumb impression, and category type (General/Sanskrit). BSTC Counselling 2026 Registration: Step-by-Step Process 

Candidates who qualify for the Pre D.El.Ed 2026 exam must complete the counselling process to secure admission to their preferred teacher training institute. If you are facing any trouble in the registration process, then you can adhere to the steps provided here for a hassle-free BSTC Registration Process:-

1. Visit the official Pre D.El.Ed counselling website.
2. Register yourself by entering the required details and paying the counselling fee of ₹3,000 through the available online payment methods.
3. Once the fee payment is successful, select the colleges where you wish to take admission. 
4. Arrange the institutes in order of preference, placing your most preferred college at the top of the list. 
5. After reviewing your choices, submit and lock them before the deadline.

Rajasthan BSTC Seat Allotment 2026

Seats will be allotted based on factors such as the candidate's merit rank, category, teaching stream, and college preferences. First Seat Allotment List will be uploaded on 20 June 2026 and Second Seat Allotment List on 13 July 2026. Candidates who appeared for counselling can check their allotment status by logging in to the official counselling portal. 

Candidates who receive a seat in the first allotment round must pay the admission fee of ₹13,555 online between 20 June and 27 June 2026 to confirm their admission. After fee payment, candidates must report to their allotted institute between 20 June and 29 June 2026. 

Rajasthan BSTC Counselling Fee

To register for the Counselling, candidates are required to pay the fees of Rs 3000/-. This amount will be adjusted against the course fee after admission is confirmed. Once the admission process is completed, candidates who do not receive a seat allotment will be refunded ₹2,900, with ₹100 deducted from the registration fee as processing charges. Similarly, candidates who are allotted a seat but fail to report to the assigned institute will receive a refund of ₹2,500, after a deduction of ₹500. The refund amount will be credited only to the bank account details provided by the candidate during registration. 

Therefore, applicants are advised to enter their bank account number, account holder's name, IFSC code, and other banking details carefully. Any loss arising due to incorrect bank information provided by the candidate will be solely the candidate's responsibility.

During reporting, candidates should carry all the required documents for verification.

The allotted institute will verify the candidate's documents and confirm admission. Candidates should keep the following documents ready:-
