The IDBI Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Selection Process for the year 2024 will involve an Online Test, succeeded by a personal interview for candidates who successfully pass the online test. IDBI JAM 2024 Salary

Upon joining the Bank's services as Grade 'O', the compensation on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis will fall within the range of Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (applicable to Class A cities) at the time of commencement. Annual increments will be awarded based on performance or other parameters determined by the Bank periodically. Additionally, the appointee will be included under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) rules of 2011, subject to amendments/modifications as made from time to time.
