IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria 2024 

Candidates must fulfill specific eligibility criteria before applying for the IBPS PO vacancy 2024. The basic requirements include age limit, educational qualifications, and citizenship. The candidate must be a citizen of India or hold the necessary documents for other eligible categories. IBPS PO Nationality 2024 

To be eligible for the IBPS PO exam, you must satisfy the IBPS PO nationality criteria. If you are going to appear in IBPS PO exam 2024,  you must satisfy the following terms:  

  • A citizen of India
  • A subject of Nepal or Bhutan
  • A Tibetan refugee who settled in India before January 1, 1962
  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam intending to settle in India permanently

IBPS PO Educational Qualification 2024

Candidates should ensure they fulfil the prescribed IBPS PO educational qualifications before applying for the exam to avoid any disqualification during the selection process. The minimum educational qualification is as follows.

  • Candidates should have graduated from a recognized university. 
  • Candidates must have a working knowledge of computers.  

Note: Candidates in their final year of graduation or awaiting their final results are not eligible to apply for the exam. They must have completed their graduation and obtained the necessary documents before the last date to apply.

IBPS PO Age Limit 2024

The IBPS is going to release the vacancies for probationary officers. The steps for the IBPS PO  online application are given below:  

Step-1: Candidates must log in with the login credentials on the IBPS official website. 

Step-2: Click the “CRP PO/MTs” tab on the home page.

Step-3: You will be redirected to a new page where you need to click on “common recruitment process for clerical caders‘.

Step-4: Next, candidates must fill in all the required information in the application form.

Step-5: Candidates must also upload a copy of the scanned signature and photograph.

Step-6: Finally, pay the application fee.

Step-7: Submit the application form and download it.

IBPS PO 2024 Application fees 

The application fee is non-refundable and may vary from year to year. Candidates from reserved categories have a relaxation in application fees. They are required only to pay intimation charges as IBPS PO application fees. For this recruitment exam. At the same time, unreserved and OBC candidates must pay application fees and intimation charges.

IBPS PO 2024 Selection Process

To get selected as an IBPS PO, you must qualify in three major rounds: Prelims exam, Mains Exam and Interview. IBPS PO selection process is as follows: 

  1. Prelims exam: This exam is qualifying in nature. The Preliminary Examination acts as a filter, selecting candidates who demonstrate the required skills and potential to proceed to the next level.
  1. Mains exam: Candidates who successfully clear the Preliminary Examination move on to the Mains Examination. The Mains Examination is a comprehensive test that evaluates candidates' knowledge and skills across multiple subjects.

IBPS PO 2024 Exam Cut-off
