The IBPS SO Eligibility Criteria commonly includes requirements related to nationality, age limits, educational qualifications, and other essential criteria. Below, we are detailing the IBPS SO 2023 Eligibility Criteria:-
An eligible candidate must fall into one of the following categories:
(i) A citizen of India
(ii) A subject of Nepal
(iii) A subject of Bhutan
(iv) A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1 January 1962 with the intent of settling permanently
(v) A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
Note: However, individuals falling under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) must possess a Government of India-issued certificate of eligibility.

Following the successful completion of each exam phase, the IBPS SO Result 2023 will be disclosed. The final merit list is created based on the combined scores from the main exam and the interview phase. The Prelims stage serves as a qualification stage, shortlisting candidates for the Mains Exam. Rankings in the merit list are arranged in descending order of candidates' obtained marks. Those securing a place on the merit list will receive an appointment letter from the Bank of their preference.
IBPS SO cut-off marks will be published along with the results of IBPS SO posts. Candidates need a minimum score in the online Main Examination and high scores for interview shortlisting. Cut-offs are based on vacancy numbers, determining interviews. Until after the interview process, Main exam scores won't be disclosed to shortlisted candidates. IBPS's decisions in shortlisting and interview calls are final for common interviews and provisional allotment.
