UPSC CDS Result 2024 has been declared on 9 May 2024 for the Combined Defence Services Examination (I) 2024. The Union Public Service Commission was conducted UPSC CDS 1 on 21 April 2024. Candidates who passed the written exam and selected the Army (IMA/OTA) as their first choice must register on the recruiting directorate's website at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. This registration is essential for receiving call-up details for the SSB interview. The mark sheet for candidates who did not qualify will be posted on the Commission's website within 15 days following the publication of the final OTA results (after the SSB Interviews). These mark sheets will be accessible on the website for 30 days.
UPSC CDS Result 2024
UPSC CDS 1 Result 2024 is out now for those who have appeared in the UPSC CDS Exam 2024. 8,373 candidates have successfully passed the initial selection phase and are now eligible to be interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. These candidates are being considered for admission to several prestigious military academies with courses commencing in 2025. The academies and their respective courses include:
- Indian Military Academy, Dehradun - 158th (DE) Course starting in January 2025.
- Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala - Course beginning in January 2025.
- Air Force Academy, Hyderabad - 217 F(P) Pre-Flying Training Course starting in January 2025.
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai - 121st SSC (Men) (NT) (UPSC) Course starting in April 2025.
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai - 35th SSC Women (Non-Technical) (UPSC) Course starting in April 2025.
