RSMSSB Stenographer and Personal Assistant Grade-2 Notification 2024 has been issued by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) on 26 February 2024. RSMSSB has invited online applications for the Rajasthan Stenographer and Personal Assistant post under the Central Secretariat and State Subordinate Departments/ Offices. RSMSSB Stenographer Eligibility Criteria 2024

Nationality

To be eligible for the RSMSSB Stenographer Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:

(a) Be a citizen of India, or

(b) Be a subject of Nepal, or

(c) Be a subject of Bhutan, or

(d) Be a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1 January 1962 for permanent settlement in India, or

(e) an individual of Indian origin who has relocated from Pakistan, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Burma, the East African nations of Kenya and the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanzania and Zanzibar), Zambia, Zaire, Malawi, and Ethiopia with the intention of permanent settlement in India, provided they have transferred to India.

Note: Candidates falling under categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) must submit the required certificate of eligibility issued by the Home and Justice Department of the Government of India.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Educational Qualification

1. Completed Senior Secondary education or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board.

AND

Possess one of the following qualifications:

Completed the "O" Level or Higher Level certificate course conducted by DOEACC under the supervision of the Department of Electronics, Government of India.

OR

Certificate course on computer concept by NIELIT, New Delhi.

OR

Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under the National/State Council for Vocational Training Scheme.

OR

Possess a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Computer Science or Computer Application from a university established by law in India or from an institution officially recognized by the Government.

OR

Obtained a Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the country, with Computer Science or Computer Application included as one of the subjects.

OR

Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government.

OR

The Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) administered by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University in Kota, operating under the auspices of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.

OR

Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government.

2. Proficiency in writing Hindi in Devanagari Script.
3. Familiarity with the cultural aspects of Rajasthan.

The RSMSSB Stenographer & PA Recruitment 2024 follows a multi-stage process comprising three stages. Successful candidates at each stage of the selection process are eligible to feature in the final merit list. The different stages of the recruitment cycle include:

RSMSSB Stenographer Exam Pattern

RSMSSB Stenographer 2024 Salary

The monthly pay for RSMSSB Stenographer falls within the range of INR 34,000 to 38,709, inclusive of a grade pay of INR 3,600. The salary structure for a stenographer in the Rajasthan government is based on the pay scale matrix level 10 as per the 7th Pay Commission. Apart from the basic salary, officers are entitled to additional benefits and allowances, including earned leaves, dearness allowance, travel allowance, housing rent allowance, and a pension fund, enhancing their overall compensation package.
