RRB JE CBT 1 Marking Scheme 2026

The RRB JE CBT 1 exam conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board in February 2026 follows a predefined RRB JE Marking Scheme. 

• The CBT 1 exam consists of 100 questions, each carrying 1 mark, for a total of 100 marks.

• Correct Answer: +1 mark
• Wrong Answer: -1/3 mark
• Unanswered: 0 marks. 

Calculate your Score = (Correct × 1) – (Wrong × 1/3)

Those who wish to raise objections against any answer/ option or question may do so through the same Candidate Login link from 5 March (4:00 PM) to 11 March 2026 (11:59 PM) . An objection fee of ₹50 per question/answer must be paid online by the candidates using RuPay Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, or Net Banking.

Follow this process to raise an objection against the RRB JE Answer Key 2026:

Step 1: Open the website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) of your zone.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “RRB JE (CEN 05/2025) Objection Tracker” link.

Step 3: Open the objection form and select the question for which you want to raise an objection, then click the “Raise Objection” button available next to that question.

Step 4: A new page will appear where you need to choose the type of objection from the drop-down menu and provide the required explanation or reference documents to support your claim.

Step 5: Candidates can submit an objection for one question at a time and must proceed with the required payment.

Step 6: Click on the “Pay Now” option to complete the payment. A fee of ₹50 per question is applicable for submitting an objection.

Step 7: After the payment is completed, the objection will be recorded and you will be redirected to the “Objection Summary” page for confirmation.

Important: The decision taken by RRB on the submitted objections will be final, and no further correspondence regarding the challenges will be accepted. Candidates are advised to go through the answer key carefully and submit valid objections, if required, within the given timeframe.
