RRB Group D Result 2026: Quick Overview

Candidates can check their individual CBT scores and find out if they cleared the cut-off for the next Level-1 stage through the RRB Group D 2026 result. The table below summarises key recruitment details for quick reference.

How to Check RRB Group D Result and Scorecard

Once the result is released, candidates can check their selection status through the result PDF issued by their respective zonal RRB. Your scorecards will be uploaded alongside the merit list, so you can check your total score and whether you cleared the cutoff.

1. Visit the official website of the RRB or railway zone under which you applied. Candidates can also access the central recruitment portal at rrbapply.gov.in.
2. Find the result notice related to CEN 09/2025 Level-1 posts.
3. Click on the shortlist PDF link for candidates moving on to the PET stage.
4. Download the merit file to your phone or laptop so you have it offline.
5. Use Ctrl + F or the search option to find your Roll Number in the result PDF.
6. If your Roll Number is listed, you have been shortlisted for the Physical Test (PET) stage.
7. To see how much you scored, click on the scorecard login page link and sign in with your details.
8. Download and save the scorecard after checking the marks and qualifying status.

Details to Verify on Your Scorecard

After accessing your scorecard, you should carefully check the following information displayed on it:

• Your Full Name and Roll Number
• Registration Number
• Applied RRB Region / Zone
• Total Raw Marks Obtained
• Final Normalized Score
• Minimum Qualifying Cut-off for Your Category
• Shortlisted Status for PET

Note: Since the CBT was conducted in multiple shifts, the marks used for shortlisting may involve the applicable normalization process.

Zone-Wise Result PDF & Scorecard Download Links

The Railway Recruitment Boards will publish the result and cut-off PDFs separately through their respective regional websites. The links below will be updated when the individual RRBs release the result and cut-off notices.

The official RRB websites should be used to verify the result and cut-off notices once they are published. RRB Chandigarh, for example, maintains a dedicated page for CEN 09/2025 notices, while regional RRB websites provide separate sections for results and cut-offs.

Category-Wise Minimum Qualifying Marks

Candidates must secure at least the prescribed minimum percentage in the CBT to remain eligible for consideration in the recruitment process. The official CEN specifies the following minimum qualifying percentages:

• Unreserved (UR) / EWS: 40%
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 30%
• SC / ST: 30%

These are the minimum qualifying percentages and should not be treated as the final zone-wise cut-off. The actual shortlisting marks can vary according to candidate performance, vacancies, community-wise competition, and the applicable normalization process. The official notification also provides a limited relaxation for eligible PwBD candidates in specific circumstances.

What after the Railway Group D (Level-1) Result?

Candidates shortlisted through the CBT result will have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in the next stage. The PET is mandatory for shortlisted candidates and is qualifying in nature, which means its marks are not added to the CBT score for preparing the final merit list. Candidates who appeared in the CBT should therefore start preparing for the physical test instead of waiting for the CBT Result or the PET Date.

PET Standards for Male Candidates:

• Weight Carrying: Carry 35 kg for a distance of 100 metres within 2 minutes in one attempt without putting the weight down.
• Running: Complete 1,000 metres within 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one continuous attempt.

PET Standards for Female Candidates:

• Weight Carrying: Carry 20 kg for a distance of 100 metres within 2 minutes in one attempt without putting the weight down.
• Running: Complete 1,000 metres within 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one continuous attempt.

The detailed PET criteria are prescribed in the official RRB Group D notification 2026.
