Educational Qualification

A candidate applying for direct recruitment must possess one of the following qualifications:

1. B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree from a recognized University established by Law in India.
2. A graduate in any subject from a recognized University, accompanied by a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) or an 'A' Level course from the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC).
3. A Post Polytechnic Diploma is required in Computer Applications or a 3-year Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification obtained from a Government-recognized Polytechnic Institution.

RHC System Assistant Application Process

5. Once the application fee has been paid, click the "Submit" button.

RHC System Assistant 2023 Selection Process

The selection process for Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 for System Assistant posts will involve three stages. The final merit list will be based on the cumulative performance of candidates in the written exam, the typewriting test on the computer, and the personal interview.

1. Written Exam: This stage comprises objective-type questions. Candidates who pass this written exam will proceed to the next stage.
2. Typewriting Test on Computer: Candidates who clear the written exam (five times the total vacancies) will undergo a typewriting test on the computer.
3. Personal Interview: Following the typewriting test, candidates will face a personal interview.

RHC System Assistant Exam Pattern

Candidates applying for the Rajasthan High Court System Assistant Recruitment 2023 must acquaint themselves with the RHC SA 2023 Exam Pattern. Written Test

The Written Test will include a single paper comprising 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark. It will be structured as follows:

• The examination will be conducted in two parts. There will be 80 multiple-choice questions in Part A and 20 multiple-choice questions in Part B. 
• The Written Test will utilize an OMR answer sheet for evaluation, and no negative marking will be applied for incorrect answers.
• The marks secured in the written test will be considered in the final selection process.
• Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for the next round i.e., 45% for other candidates and 40% for SC/ST and PH candidates.

Type Writing Test

Candidates who secure a minimum (40% marks for candidates belonging from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/ Persons with Benchmark Disabilities and 45% marks for candidates belonging from other categories) marks in the written test, will qualify to appear in the typewriting test on the computer. This will be limited to five times the number of vacancies for each category. In case of a tie within this range, all candidates achieving the same percentage of marks will be included.

The Typewriting Test on Computer will consist of two papers:

i. The font for the Computer Test will be "Kruti Dev 010" for Hindi and "CALIBRI" for English.

ii. The minimum typing speed required is 8000 key depressions per hour on the computer, involving data entry in both English and Hindi languages.

iii. The Efficiency Test may involve data processing software, encompassing the use of various formulas, formatting of text (Excel & Word), paragraphs, pages, tables, and proper formatting of letters.

iv. Marks in the Speed Test will be calculated using the formula: (20/8000) x Net Speed (in correct depressions per hour).

V. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for the next round i.e. 45% (22.5 in each paper) for other candidates and 40% (20 in each paper) for SC/ST and PH candidates.

RHC System Assistant 2023 Salary

Selected candidates for the System Assistant posts will undergo a probationary period of 2 years. During this probationary period, trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 18,500/-. Upon completing the probationary training, candidates will be entitled to a monthly salary of Rs. 26,300 to Rs. 83,500/- as per the pay matrix level 08.
