Candidates who secure a minimum (40% marks for candidates belonging from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/ Persons with Benchmark Disabilities and 45% marks for candidates belonging from other categories) marks in the written test, will qualify to appear in the typewriting test on the computer. This will be limited to five times the number of vacancies for each category. In case of a tie within this range, all candidates achieving the same percentage of marks will be included.
The Typewriting Test on Computer will consist of two papers:
i. The font for the Computer Test will be "Kruti Dev 010" for Hindi and "CALIBRI" for English.
ii. The minimum typing speed required is 8000 key depressions per hour on the computer, involving data entry in both English and Hindi languages.
iii. The Efficiency Test may involve data processing software, encompassing the use of various formulas, formatting of text (Excel & Word), paragraphs, pages, tables, and proper formatting of letters.
iv. Marks in the Speed Test will be calculated using the formula: (20/8000) x Net Speed (in correct depressions per hour).
V. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for the next round i.e. 45% (22.5 in each paper) for other candidates and 40% (20 in each paper) for SC/ST and PH candidates.

Selected candidates for the System Assistant posts will undergo a probationary period of 2 years. During this probationary period, trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 18,500/-. Upon completing the probationary training, candidates will be entitled to a monthly salary of Rs. 26,300 to Rs. 83,500/- as per the pay matrix level 08.
