How to Prepare Effectively for RRB NTPC CBT 1

With the exams starting in late December 2026, candidates still have time to improve their scores. Focus on revising important topics and practising RRB NTPC Online Mock Tests regularly.

• Master the CBT 1 Syllabus: Make sure you thoroughly understand all concepts across Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and General Awareness. Because CBT 1 functions as a screening stage, maintaining high accuracy is essential.
• Prioritize Current Affairs: Dedicate consistent, daily time to the General Awareness section. Focus heavily on major current events from the past six to eight months, new railway developments, and standard static GK topics.
• Practice Under Exam Conditions: Simulate the actual exam environment by taking timed, online mock tests and Railway NTPC Previous Year Papers. This method dramatically improves your speed and builds familiarity with the CBT digital interface.
• Revise Core Notes Regularly: Instead of trying to absorb entirely new subjects in the final few weeks, invest your time in revising your short notes, mathematical formulas, and the specific areas where you lose marks during practice tests.
