The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has scheduled the HSSC CET Group C Exam 2025 for 26th and 27th July 2025. This exam is conducted to recruit eligible candidates for various Group C posts through an offline (OMR-based) written test. Understanding the exam structure in advance can significantly boost your performance and help you avoid unnecessary mistakes on exam day.

1. The written examination is conducted in offline mode (OMR-based).
2. The question paper is bilingual, i.e., available in both English and Hindi.
3. A total of 100 objective-type questions will be asked.
4. Each question carries 0.975 marks, making the total exam weightage 97.5 marks.
5. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
6. However, 0.975 marks will be deducted for each unattempted question (i.e., if none of the five options are selected).
7. Candidates will be given five answer choices for each question.
8. An extra 5 minutes will be provided at the end of the exam specifically for marking the fifth option, which is meant for candidates who are unsure about the correct answer.
9. The total duration of the exam is 105 minutes, which includes:

• 100 minutes for solving the questions, and
• 5 additional minutes for the fifth option marking.
