Rajasthan 4th Grade Employee Document Verification 2026 Dates are out!

Candidates who are going to appear in the DV should check the instructions provided here.

1. Bring 2 copies of the Detailed Application cum Scrutiny Form, along with:

• Self-attested copies of required documents
• Fee receipt
• Checklist
• 2 copies of the biometric slip

2. Carry all original documents and their copies, such as:

• Educational certificates
• Age proof
• Caste & domicile certificate
• Character certificate
• Disability/sports/marriage certificate (if applicable)
• NOC if currently employed
• Valid ID proof and 2 passport-size photos
• Bring a printed copy of your e-Aadhaar card with QR code.
• Attach self-attested document copies with the detailed form in the prescribed order.

3. Filling the online Detailed Application cum Scrutiny Form is mandatory.

If not filled online due to unavoidable reasons, download the form from the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board website and submit it with a ₹100 postal order (in favour of Secretary, RSSB, Jaipur) during verification.
