Exclusive Coverage Of MPPSC Prelims Exam 2023 by Utkarsh

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) will hold the State Service Examination (SSE) preliminary examinations in two shifts on December 17, 2023. The exam shifts will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., with a single General Studies (GS) paper and a General Aptitude Test (CSAT) paper. The exam will be administered in the traditional pen and paper mode, with a question paper and an OMR Sheet to mark your answers.

• Your sleep needs may differ from your friends, but most of us need 8 to 10 hours of sleep per night. Your physical and mental health may suffer if you take less than this amount.
• Constant studying puts much strain on your brain, so nourish it. Because what you eat fuels your brain, if you don't eat a well-balanced diet, you won't be able to produce the neurotransmitters that your brain and mind require to function properly. Ensure you eat plenty of fresh meals and avoid processed 'junk' foods.
