RPSC Veterinary Officer Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before applying for the RPSC Veterinary Officer Examination 2025, applicants must check the information regarding the age limits and educational requirements. Age Limit

Before applying online, candidates must read the official notification, instructions, and service rules given in the official notification. It is mandatory to complete One Time Registration (OTR) through the SSO portal before filling out the RPSC Veterinary Officer Application Form 2025. Candidates should ensure that all details are accurate, as once OTR is submitted, no modifications can be made to your name, father’s name, DOB, gender, exam details, or Aadhaar info.

Step 2: First-time users must register on the SSO Rajasthan portal using their email and mobile number to create a unique SSO ID.

Note: After applying for any post, if a candidate fails to appear in two recruitment exams in a financial year, their online application access will be blocked by the RPSC. To unblock the One Time Registration (OTR), they must pay a ₹750 fee.

RPSC Veterinary Officer Selection Process 2025

Rajasthan Veterinary Officer Selection Process 2025 has been changed by the RPSC. Now the selection of the eligible candidates will be based on the Written Examination only insead of previously two stage selection process, i.e., Written Examination and Interview.

• Written Examination: The written examination will be conducted offline through an OMR-based answer sheet format, and the question paper will consist of 150  multiple-choice questions (MCQs), divided into two sections – General Knowledge of Rajasthan and Concerned Subject

RPSC Veterinary Officer 2025 Exam Pattern

• All questions will be of an objective (multiple-choice) type, having five options (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
• There will be a negative marking of one-third (⅓) mark for each wrong answer.

RPSC Veterinary Officer Salary 2025

Candidates selected to be appointed for the post of  Rajasthan Veterinary Officer through RPSC will be appointed under Pay Band-3, with a running pay scale of ₹15,600–₹39,100 and a grade pay of ₹5,400. As per the Rajasthan 7th Pay Matrix, this post comes under Level-14. Along with the basic salary, selected officers will also be entitled to various allowances as per state government norms.
