Nationality

Candidates must be citizens of India to apply for the PTET 2026.

Age Limit 

For the PTET (Pre-Teacher Education Test), applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible. However, there is no maximum age limit to appear in the examination for admission to either the 2-year B.Ed programme or the 4-year Integrated B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. courses.

Educational Qualification

To apply for the VMOU PTET Exam 2026, candidates should fulfil the following educational requirements:-

1. Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in a Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Science/ Social Science/ Humanities.
2. Applicants holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics must have obtained Minimum 55% aggregate marks.
3. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology must provide a certificate from the concerned university confirming their specialisation in Science and Mathematics.

Applicants possessing any equivalent qualification must submit a valid equivalency certificate issued by a competent authority.

4. Candidates who are currently in the final year of any of the following programmes are also eligible to apply:

• B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. / Shiksha Shastri
• M.A. / M.Com. / M.Sc. / Acharya

However, their final result must be declared before the last date of counselling registration, and they must meet the minimum qualifying marks criteria.

Note:-A 5% relaxation for Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/PwD) in minimum qualifying marks is applicable as per government norms.

Rajasthan PTET Application Form 2026

VMOU PTET Exam 2026 Application Window is open for those who want to appear in the Rajasthan B.Ed Admission Entrance Test 2026. Candidates can submit their PTET Application from 20 February to 20 March 2026. While filling out the application form, candidates must carefully provide correct details related to Category, Faculty/Stream, Gender, Valid Mobile Number and Valid Email ID. Required Documents

In the direction of completing the VMOU PTET Exam 2026 Application Process, candidates are required to provide some documents. Candidates must keep the following self-attested copies of documents ready along with the printed application form:

1. A printed copy of the duly filled PTET application form.
2. Academic Qualification Certificates in the following order:

• Class 10th Marksheet
• Class 12th Marksheet
• Graduation (All Years- 1st, 2nd & Final Year)
• Post-Graduation (if applicable)

3. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
4. Disability Certificate / Ex-Serviceman / Dependent of Defence Personnel Certificate (if applicable)
5. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
6. Domicile Certificate / Special Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
7. Aadhaar Card / ABC ID

Note:- All relevant certificates and documents must be properly arranged and safely kept for submission during the counselling process at the allotted college. Admission will not be granted if the required documents are not submitted at the time of verification.

Application Fees 

To complete the PTET 2026 Rajasthan Application Process, candidates are required to pay the specified application fee, which is Rs. 500/-. PTET Application Fee can be paid online through debit card/ credit card/ net banking. 

Rajasthan PTET Exam Pattern

PTET Exam 2026 will take place on 14 June 2026 in an offline (OMR-Based) format. Candidates have to fill out the medium of the examination while filling out the application form, between Hindi and English. In this section, we are providing you with the detailed PTET Rajasthan Exam Pattern 2026:- 

1. There will be a single Paper divided into four sections.
2. Each section will contain 50 multiple-choice questions, totalling 200.
