Raj SI Re-Exam 2026 Date Out: RPSC Cancels SI Exam 2021, Re-Exam in Sept

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released an official notice regarding the Rajasthan SI Re-Exam 2026 for Rajasthan Police Sub Inspector/Platoon Commander Recruitment Examination 2021. According to the notice issued on 08 May 2026, the Commission has cancelled the Rajasthan SI 2021 exam and will now re-conduct the Rajasthan Police SI Recruitment 2021 Exam.

Along with the re-exam announcement, RPSC will also open the application correction facility for eligible candidates from 16 May 2026. Only those candidates who appeared in both papers of the previously conducted Rajasthan Police SI will be eligible for the Rajasthan SI Re-Exam process.

Rajasthan Police SI Re-Exam Date 2026

As per the official notice, the Rajasthan Police SI Recruitment 2021 Re-Exam is likely to be conducted in September 2026. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official RPSC website and recruitment portal for the latest updates regarding the examination schedule and admit card release.

Who is Eligible for Rajasthan SI Re-Exam 2026?

According to the official RPSC notice, a total of 3,83,097 candidates who appeared in both papers of the Rajasthan Police SI Exam 2021 are eligible to appear in the Rajasthan SI Re-Exam 2026.

The Commission clarified that the recruitment process will be conducted according to the original advertisement dated 03 February 2021 and the corrigendum dated 07 June 2021. Eligibility related to age limit, reservation category, educational qualification, and other conditions will be considered based on the candidate’s status in 2021. Rajasthan SI Re-exam: Application Correction Date 2026

RPSC has provided candidates with an opportunity to edit limited details in their application forms. The application correction window will remain active from 16 May 2026 to 30 May 2026.

Candidates can make corrections only in the following details:

• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Correspondence Address
• Live Photo
• Thumb Impression
• Signature

Candidates must complete their KYC process in their OTR (One Time Registration) before editing their application form.

Rajasthan Police SI Form Correction Process 2026

Candidates can follow the steps given below to edit the Rajasthan Police SI Recruitment 2021 application form:

Step 1: Login Through SSO Portal

Candidates whose OTR and KYC processes are completed need to log in through the SSO Portal using their registered credentials.

Step 2: Open Application Edit Section

After login, candidates have to go to the “My Recruitment > Edit Application/Withdraw Application” section to access the Rajasthan Police SI Recruitment 2021 application form.

Step 3: Fetch Application Form if Required

Candidates who have migrated their OTR to another SSO ID and cannot see the application form in the current account can use the “Fetch Application Form” option to transfer the application linked with the previous SSO ID.

Step 4: Verify and Update Details

The live photo, signature, and thumb impression saved in the OTR will automatically appear in the application form. Candidates must manually verify and update details such as mobile number, email ID, and correspondence address.

Step 5: Submit Self Declaration and Final Submit

Even if no correction is required, candidates must open the form in edit mode, submit the self-declaration, and complete the Final Submit process through OTP verification.

Important Instructions for Rajasthan SI Re-Exam 2026

RPSC has made it mandatory for all eligible candidates appearing for the Rajasthan SI Re-Exam to complete the Rajasthan Police SI application correction and final submission process within the prescribed dates. Even if no changes are required in the application form, candidates must still open the form in edit mode and submit the self-declaration through the SSO Portal.

Candidates must carefully verify that the live photo, signature, and thumb impression uploaded in the Rajasthan Police SI Recruitment 2021 application form belong to them. After verifying all details, candidates are required to click on the Final Submit button and complete OTP verification to successfully submit the form.

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has clearly stated that candidates who fail to complete the final submission process will not be considered eligible for the Rajasthan Police SI Re-Exam 2026, and their Rajasthan SI Re-Exam Admit Card 2026 will not be issued.
