Candidates who find any discrepancy in the provisional answer key can challenge the answers by submitting valid supporting documents and paying the prescribed objection fee of ₹200 per question. The objection window will remain open from 25 June to 28 June 2026 (up to 11:50 PM).

Step 1: Visit the official NEET website.
Step 2: Click on the Re-NEET UG Answer Key Challenge link and log in using your Application Number and Password.
Step 3: Click on the "Answer Key Challenge" link available on the candidate dashboard.
Step 4: Select the question(s) you wish to challenge from the provisional answer key.
Step 5: Upload valid supporting documents or justification for your objection.
Step 6: Pay the ₹200 per question objection fee through the online payment gateway.
Step 7: Submit the challenge form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
