Steps for NEET Re-Exam Admit Card Download 2026 

The NTA will release the fresh admit cards for all registered candidates 3-4 days before the examination date. Students should note that the examination centres they opted for in the May 2026 cycle will remain the same, but the old admit cards will not remain valid for the re-exam. Therefore, candidates must download the newly issued hall ticket once it becomes available.

3. Enter the application number and password.

NTA has clarified through the notice issued on 15 May 2026 that the registration details and candidature data filled by the candidates for the May 2026 cycle will remain the same for the NEET Re-exam 2026. Candidates will not be required to submit a fresh application form for the NEET UG 2026 re-exam. However, candidates may update their Present Address and Choice of 1st and 2nd examination cities as per their preference between 15th May and 21st May 2026 (till 23:50 hrs). 

The authority has also confirmed that no additional examination fee will be charged from students for appearing in the revised examination. Along with this, the fees already paid by candidates will be refunded, while the re-examination will be conducted using NTA’s internal resources.
