• Candidate should have cleared the Matriculation (10th class pass) or its equivalent from a recognized Board of Education.
• Possession of a domicile certificate from the State for which the candidate has applied.

Specifically for Security Assistant/Motor Transport (SA/MT):

• Possession of a valid Driving License Motor Car (LMV) issued by the competent authority.
• Proficiency in Motor Mechanism,  means the candidate should be capable of addressing minor vehicle defects.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Motor Car after obtaining a valid driving license.

Step 2: Navigate to the "What's New" section on the website and click on the link labelled"Online Applications for the posts of SA/Exe & MTS(Gen) in IB".

Step 3: A PDF file will open once you click on the link. Inside the PDF, locate and copy the provided link.

Step 4: Open a web browser and paste the link you copied in the previous step, then hit the search button.

Step 5: Now, proceed with the registration process, providing the necessary details as required.

Step 6: After successful registration, fill out the application form and ensure that you attach the required documents according to the specified format.

IB 2023 Selection Process For SA & MTS

The selection process for the positions of IB Security Assistant and MTS is structured as follows:

• Online Written Examination
• Motor Mechanism & Driving Test for SA/ MT & Offline Descriptive Exam for MTS/ General.
• Interview/Personality Test (Applicable to SA/Exe positions only)

IB SA & MTS Exam Pattern

IB Recruitment Notification 2023 has been issued with the detailed IB SA & MTS Exam Pattern 2023. The exam will be conducted in two tiers. Have a look at these points & table for a clear view:-

IB SA & MTS Tier 1 Pattern

1. Tier 1 will be common for both posts in which 100 questions will be asked.
2. Each right answer will be as 1 mark and ¼ mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
3. Questions will be asked from 4 subjects i.e. General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical/Analytical/Logical ability & Reasoning & English Language.
4. Candidates have to attempt all the questions in 1 Hour.

IB SA & MTS Tier 2 Pattern

1. Tier 2 will be different for both posts.
2. Candidates should earn 40 % marks for SA/ MT posts & 20% marks for MTS/ General posts to qualify.
3. The exam will be held for 50 marks.
