The position of IB ACIO Executive is regarded as a high-level position within the Intelligence Bureau. It is a post in the General Central Service, Group 'C' (Non-gazetted, Non-Ministerial).

Candidates interested in applying for IB ACIO should be aware of the Eligibility Criteria (as of 15-12-2023), which are the recruitment body's stipulated guidelines. To be eligible for the recruiting process, candidates must meet these requirements. The Ministry of Home Affairs has established some specific qualifying conditions that candidates must meet to be qualified to take the IB ACIO exam.
To be eligible for the IB Recruitment 2023, aspirants must be Indian citizens. As Indian citizens, they must have relevant document proof to back their claim.
The candidate must be between 18 to 27 years old on the last date of application. However, there is relaxation in upper age for the candidates belonging to some categories which is mentioned in the table below:

Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university or equivalent to be able to apply for the post of ACIO in IB. He/she must have knowledge of computers.
If you want to take the IB ACIO Grade 2 exam, you must carefully fill out the application form. Before starting the online application process, candidates should make sure that they have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should remain active throughout the recruitment process. The application sequence number, password, and any other essential communication/alerts will be delivered to the same registered e-mail address.
Fill out your online application form by following the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Navigate to the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs website and click on the “Online applications for the post of ACIO-II/Exe in IB” link available on the homepage.
Step 2: A PDF will appear on your screen with having link to the ACIO 2023 portal.
Step 3: Click on the URL and register yourself first by entering your credentials such as name, email address, mobile number, and so on.
Step 4: A user ID and password will be emailed to you. Log in with your user name and password.
Step 5: Fill in the details carefully and submit the documents in the order specified.
Step 6: After entering all of your information, click the Submit button to continue with the fee payment process via the payment tab.
Step 7: Print a copy of the completed application form and e-challan.
Candidates must pay the application fees when completing the application form. The fee amount varies according to the candidate categories, which are listed below. The fee can be paid online using a SBI payment gateway or by generating an e-challan. Category-wise fee is mentioned in the table below:

The IB ACIO Grade 2 Executive selection process consists of three stages: Tier I Examination and Tier II Examination, followed by Tier III an interview.
The IB ACIO 2023 Exam is separated into two tiers: Objective Type IB ACIO Tier 1 and Descriptive Type IB ACIO Tier 2. Tier 1 paper have a 1/4 negative marking while Tier 2 paper have no negative marking. Now look at the table below for the exam pattern for both tiers.

The IB ACIO Admit Card 2023 will be available soon. In this article, we will provide direct URLs to obtain your IB ACIO Call Letters. The admission card must be downloaded by all candidates. The admission card for the IB ACIO exam will be available a few days before the exam date. Candidates can obtain the IB ACIO Admit Card via the organization's official website.
You can download the IB ACIO admit card 2023 for Tier I/Tier II and Interview by following the instructions given below.
Step 1: Go to the official website's direct link to download the admit card.
Step 2: Log in with your User ID and Password.
Step 3: Your admit card will be displayed on the screen check all the details on it.
Step 4: Print the IB ACIO Admit card on plain white paper.
After each Tier examination, the IB ACIO results for each stage will be announced separately. Candidates who pass the examination will advance to the next round. The IB ACIO exam is divided into three recruitment phases: Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III. The results for the Tier I and Tier II written examinations will be declared together. Candidates who pass all stages of the IB ACIO Grade 2 recruitment process, will be paid in accordance with the 7th Pay Commission. According to the 7th Pay Commission, the pay scale/salary provided to qualified candidates will range from 44900 to 142400.
