CTET Exam Date 2026 has been announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for those who have applied for the CBSE Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026. Earlier, the CBSE decided to conduct the CTET 2026 on 6 September 2026, which is scheduled for 12 and 13 December 2026. Candidates should plan their revision strategically to appear in the CTET 2026. CTET Application Window 2026 was reopened by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) from 25 August to 1 September 2026, which was earlier opened from 11 May to 10 June 2026. CBSE has also opened the correction window from 7 to 10 September 2026 for candidates who successfully submitted their applications during the earlier application window from 11 May 2026 to 10 June 2026. Such candidates can make necessary corrections to their particulars, wherever applicable, till 10 September 2026.
CTET Application Window Re-open Notice
CBSE CTET Admit Card 2026 will soon be available on the CBSE official website for those who have applied for the exam. Candidates can download the CTET Hall Ticket 2026 by following the steps below:-
Step 1: Go to the official CTET website, ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Find and select the link for “CTET Admit Card 2026” on the homepage.
Step 3: A page will appear on the screen where you are required to enter your login details such as Application Number and Date of Birth.
Step 4: Enter the displayed security code or other required credentials and submit the details.
Step 5: The CTET Admit Card 2026 will be displayed on your screen.
Step 6: Review the information printed on the hall ticket and ensure that all details are correct.
Step 7: Save the admit card as a PDF and take at least two clear printouts for use on the examination day.
